Walk-in-Interview details 

Name of the Project-

Determinants of Adoption and Socioeconomic Impact of NARS technologies in  Indo-Gangetic Plains.

Name of Principal –

Dr. R. Roy Burman, Senior Scientist Investigator

Name of Post  –

Senior Research Fellow (2 Posts).

Emolument    –

Rs.25,000/- + 30% HRA s per month

Qualification  –

M.SC(Agricultural Extension/Economics/Statistics/Agronomy/ Horticulture) with  4  years of Bachelor’s degree.Candidates having post graduate degree in Basic Sciences with 3 years  Bachelor’s degree and 2 years Master’s degree should have NET qualification as mentioned.

Reporting time for interview :

Candidates reporting on 30th April, 2016, till 11.00 AM will be interviewed at Division of Agriculture Extension,Indian council of agricultural research-IARI, New Delhi- 110012

Age limit:                        

Maximum age is 35 years for senior research fellow(age relaxation of five years for SC/ST & women and three years for OBC)

Important Conditions (Indian council of agricultural research)

  • No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
  • The posts are purely Short Term the prospect shall not claim regular appointment at this
    Institute, as the post is co-terminus with the project.
  • The SRFs will never be entitled for any regular leave, but are allowed to have CL and RH
    from time to time, not exceeding 10 days in a year. The senior research fellowship  are full time Staff member and are required to abide by the administrative, financial and disciplinary regulations of the IARI, hence regular attendance of the SRF will be maintained by keeping an attendance of the senior research fellow will be maintained by keeping an attendance.
  • The interview of eligible candidates will be held according to schedule.
